Responsibilities

• Du entwickelst Ideen, hilfst bei Konzepten für Trainees und bringst frische Perspektiven in unsere Ausbildungsprozesse.
• Du organisierst Events für Trainees und unterstützt Networking-Initiativen.
• Du begleitest den Employee Lifecycle von Onboarding bis Festanstellung und planst internationale Programme.

Job description

Aufgaben:

• You'll develop new ideas, help draft concepts (e.g., for retaining trainees), and bring fresh perspectives to the further development of our training processes
• You'll keep track of deadlines and maintain direct contact with the target audience
• You'll organize events for our trainees and support initiatives to promote networking
• You'll gain insights into the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to permanent hire
• You'll plan and implement projects with us, such as international programs, trainee events, and orientation trips
• You'll serve as the point of contact for questions about starting a career and provide support at training and career fairs
• You'll assist with administrative tasks, such as creating guidelines, certificates, and other documentation, as well as maintaining Microsoft Teams channels and overviews
• You'll participate in meetings and workshops
• Goal of the internship:Gaining practical skills in the areas of event organization, training management, and mentoring trainees

Qualifikation:

• At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a degree program
• Proof of enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between your bachelor's and master's programs (gap year)
• Your academic background is in the fields of economics, (business) psychology, human resources, social sciences, or a comparable field
• Preferably, you have already gained some practical experience through internships or part-time jobs
• You are known for your structured approach to work, reliability, and dedication
• You enjoy contributing your own creative ideas
• You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• You have very good English and German language skills
