Zusammenfassung

Continental’s central HR department in Hannover-Stöcken offers a 6-month internship starting as soon as possible, with partial remote work possible by arrangement. The role covers the employee lifecycle from employer branding to talent development and learning initiatives.

As a student in Business Administration or a comparable program, you will support global projects, prepare presentations and analyses, and collaborate across plants and departments.

Qualifikationen

• Students (m/f/diverse) in the field of Business Administration or comparable degree programs with a focus on Human Resource Management.
• Initial experience or a strong interest in Human Resources.
• Proficient in using the MS Office package (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• German language skills are a plus.

• Become part of our global network by closely collaborating with our contacts at the tire plants and within various departments.
• Support our international projects by independently taking ownership of work packages.

Job Description

In our central HR department in Hanover-Stöcken, we offer you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in an international environment starting as soon as possible. Our scope covers the employee lifecycle for our tire plants—ranging from employer branding and recruiting through talent and professional development programs to exciting topics such as digitalization and the Future Workplace. Seize the chance to become part of a dynamic team and actively help shape the future of HR development. 6-month (mandatory) internship in Hannover-Stöcken is offered. A combination of voluntary and mandatory internships is possible. Partial remote work hours are also possible by arrangement.
