Juvigo GmbH in Berlin-Kreuzberg is offering an internship in Project Management for our Language Travel division. This full-time, on-site role provides early responsibility and real contributions to a growing international team.

You will support B2C and B2B sales management, partner schools, content and billing, plus digital marketing analysis. The internship must be part of your studies and lasts at least five months, with potential to continue full-time for high performers.

Qualifikationen

• Internship must be part of your studies/university program.
• Fluent in English; one or more additional languages (French/Dutch/Spanish/Italian/Portuguese) are a plus.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• B2C Sales Management: Together with our language travel team you are in charge of customer support via phone, email and Whatsapp
• B2B Sales Management: You identify new sales channels for our language travel product and you acquire new sales partners both online and stationary (e.g. travel agencies)
• School Relationship Management: You handle the contact with our partner schools, e.g. discussing booking issues and travel documents
• Content Management: You create and maintain camp content on your platform
• Billing Management: You manage invoices for both our customers and our suppliers, making sure that all the accounting information is correctly stored in our system
• Digital Marketing Management: You get insights into our main online marketing channels and analyze the campaigns with professional tracking and analysis tools

Your profile

• You like working with an ambitious team

• You like writing and editing texts, with a strong sense for details
• You are fluent in one or more of the following languages: French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese; very good command of English is a must

• The internship is mandatory in the course of your studies/university program
• The internship duration is minimum 5 months
