Zusammenfassung

COBACK GmbH in Dresden is seeking a Founder Associate for a mandatory internship (3–6 months). You will work directly with the founders on strategic projects, day-to-day operations and company development, gaining a 360° view of a growing tech startup and taking ownership quickly.

You will support investor updates, fundraising, project management, research on growth topics, recruiting support, and collaborate across Sales, Product and Engineering.

Qualifikationen

• Studies in Business Administration, Strategy, Tech Management or similar.
• First experience in strategy consulting, venture capital or startups is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Affinity for Legal Tech and AI-powered software.
