Dealspec seeks a Founder's Associate Intern (Projects) in Berlin to support the founders in winning and delivering project mandates across M&A, private equity and search funds.

You will own growth initiatives and internal development projects that move Dealspec forward, while learning and improving workflows across our deals practice.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master in Economics, Finance, Business, Computer Science or related fields.
• 1–2 internships in M&A, Private Equity, Search Funds, Start-Ups or Consulting preferred.
• AI-native with tools like Claude, Cursor, n8n, Figma and Clay; basic automation knowledge.

Job Description

We're

looking

for

a

Founder's

Associate

Intern

(Projects)

to

support

us

in

winning

and

delivering

project

mandates

for

our

clients

in

M&A,

private

equity,

and

search

funds.

In

this

role,

you'll

also

take

ownership

of

growth

and

internal

development

projects

that

move

dealspec

forward.

You'll

work

closely

with

the

founding

team

and

our

clients

to

turn

priorities

into

tangible

results,

while

learning

and

improving

the

workflows

used

across

M&A,

Private

equity

and

Search

funds.

What you will do

• Executing project mandates for our clients across M&A, Private Equity and Search Funds
• Owning internal projects that improve the efficiency and scalability of our operations
• Driving GTM and growth initiatives from initial idea to measurable results

Your Profile

• Currently studying (Bachelor / Master) in Economics, Finance, Business, Computer Science or related fields
• Preferably 1-2 previous internships in M&A, Private Equity, Search Funds, Start-Ups or Consulting
• AI-native, especially with tools like Claude, Cursor, n8n,Figma and Clay as well as some automation basics
• Strong organizational & prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills in English & German

Your Tasks

• Developing and implementing tailored solutions for real-world use cases in M&A, Private Equity and Search Funds
• Building automations that improve the efficiency and scalability of our clients' and our internal workflows
• Producing longlists, research and other deliverables for dealspec's partners and clients
• Setting up internal structures, from CRM to reporting and workflows, that enable scalability and efficiency
• Running GTM projects from initial ideas and research to outbound campaigns and first calls
• Supporting the team with whatever comes up to accelerate our growth
