As a Founders Associate intern, you’ll take on significant responsibility and ownership right from the start. You’ll lead and support high‑impact projects across the entire organization, learning about every aspect of an early‑stage start‑up. Working closely with our founders and leadership team, you’ll not only contribute your ideas but also help drive our vision forward.

What you will do:

• Project management: You will work on various important projects simultaneously that include multiple different stakeholders from both inside and outside the organisation.
• Screen candidates: You will be screening potential candidates and help to build up the team and culture. Allowing us to hire the most talented candidates that fit into our growing team.
• Presentations: You will directly support the C‑Level with preparing presentations for external stakeholders.
• Build playbooks: As a Founders Associate intern, you will implement and improve operational processes across the entire organisation, enabling us to scale our business.
• Be entrepreneurial: Solutions driven, and capable of thinking outside of the box.

• Fundraising Insights: Master fundraising in a full‑day session, including e.g., pitch deck creation, strategy, and a live call with a VC General Partner.

About you

To succeed in this role, you:

• Possess excellent communication skills in german and english, both written and verbal.
• Are currently pursuing your Master’s degree in business studies or a related field.
• Bring at least 2 years of experience in a fast‑paced environment, such as a start‑up, investment banking, or consulting.
• Have hands‑on experience with Google Workspace tools, particularly Google Sheets.
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, a data‑driven mindset, and the ability to take ownership of impactful projects.
• Are highly motivated to contribute to building a start‑up from the ground up.
• Exhibit a hands‑on mentality and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results.
• Apply critical thinking and strategic insight to evaluate and implement the best possible outcomes.

Additional Information
