Logistica OS GmbH in Munich is seeking a Founder’s Associate Intern to join a rapidly growing AI-native startup. You will take on meaningful ownership from day one, helping build operational functions and contribute to high-impact projects across the organization.

This three-month internship aims to transition into a full-time role, with exposure to founders and leadership, offering a steep learning curve and substantial ownership in shaping the company’s growth story.

Responsibilities

Logistica OS is an AI-application company transforming how work gets done in logistics. Our mission is to build autonomous supply chains, bringing greater efficiency and intelligence to one of the world’s largest and most essential sectors.

The Role

We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate Intern who is ready to take on meaningful responsibility and ownership from day one. You’ll help build AI-native support functions and contribute to high-impact projects across the organization, gaining exposure to every aspect of an early-stage startup.

Working closely with our experienced founders and leadership team, you’ll contribute ideas, execute on strategic initiatives, and help drive our vision forward.

This is a three-month internship, with the goal of transitioning into a full-time role after the internship.

Tasks

• Build operations: You will build out supporting functions (Revenue Operations, Finance, HR) that will help us scale to €10M ARR, building an AI-native org that can support our growth efficiently.
• Growth experiments: You will own and drive new growth initiatives (channels, geos, verticals) that could transorm the trajectory of our company.
• Build playbooks: You will implement and improve operational processes across the org. Enabling us to scale our business.
• Be entrepreneurial: solutions driven, strong sense of urgency and capable of thinking outside of the box.

Requirements

• Possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Bring first experience from a fast-paced environment, such as a VC backed start-up, consulting or similar.
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to take ownership of impactful projects.
