Job summary

Juvigo invites motivated interns to join its international team in Berlin-Kreuzberg. You will manage customer communications in Dutch, coordinate with camp organizers, and help expand the partner network while contributing to content and digital marketing efforts.

The internship is based in Berlin with a modern office, flexible hours, and a monthly home-office allowance. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, and the role supports career development in an intercultural setting.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Internship duration is at least 5 months.
• Internship must be part of your studies.
• Bonus: prior holiday camp experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer Communication Management: support Dutch customers booking camps via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Partner Relations Management: maintain contacts with camp organizers and language schools to build relationships.
• Sales and Acquisition Management: identify and acquire new Dutch summer camp organizers and external sales partners.
• Product Management: create and maintain camp content on the platform (travel descriptions, FAQ, images).
• Digital Marketing Management: work on online channels (SEO, social media, newsletters) and analyze campaigns.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Customer Communication Management: You work well-structured and goal-oriented in our customer service (in Dutch), with customers who want to book a camp or have already booked via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp
• Partner Relations Management: You handle the contact with our existing partners (camp organizers & language schools) and help build strong relationships (creating & updating programmes, adding new trips, maintaining availabilities)
• Sales and Acquisition Management: You identify and acquire new Dutch summer camp organizers, broaden our overall partner network and maintain our database. You also identify and acquire external sales partners.
• Product Management: You create and maintain camp content on our platform as part of our content team (travel description, FAQ, select fitting images to visually promote our camps)
• Digital Marketing Management: You work on our main online marketing channels (SEO, social media, newsletters) and analyse the campaigns with professional tracking tools.

Your profile

• You like working with an ambitious team

• You are able to write creatively, originally and to the point
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You want to develop a career in an intercultural environment
• Knowledge of other languages (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) is a plus
• The internship is mandatory in the course of your studies/ university program
• The internship duration is minimum 5 months
• Bonus: You attended a holiday camp - as a participant or as a counselor
