Job summary

DHL Group in Bonn is offering an internship in the Human Resources Group Functions Compensation & Benefits starting January 2027 for six months. You will support C&B tasks, apply data analytics and compile salary benchmarks using internal and external data.

Your tasks

• Support Compensation & Benefits tasks and look for opportunities to optimize and automate processes and tools.
• Apply data analysis and run C&B analytics including visualization
• Complete job evaluations, salary increases, salary benchmarks, by collecting internal and external data as needed

Your profile

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in business administration, IT, Finance, or a comparable course of study with a focus on data analytics (matriculation required)
• Microsoft Excel (Macros, VBA/Power Query) Advanced (Indispensable)
• PowerBI Intermediate (Desired)
• Compensation & Benefits Basic (Desired)
• Good knowledge of English and German would be an advantage
• Team Player, very good analytical, organizational and communication skills, reliable, ability to manage sensitive confidential data
