• Supporting in creating FAQs, online courses, tutorials and recording and documenting for the related regions.
• Providing technical support on remote basis.
• Providing operation and maintenance support through the Sungrow cloud platform.

Role

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• You are living in Munich or Munich area.
• You could work 40 hours/week as an intern.
• Structured and autonomous way of working.
• Service orientation and eagerness to learn new technical things.
• German (B2) and English skills (min. B2) are a must have. Communication with our clients will be in German and English. Other language skills are an advantage.
