Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Feldservice, Bauwesen oder technischer Installation.
• Grundkenntnisse in Elektrik (Spannung, Verkabelung, Schaltungen).
• Starke mechanische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Werkzeugen.
• Gültiger EU-Führerschein der Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu Reisen (80–100%).

Aufgaben

• Installation von bace Hubs an Partnerstandorten in ganz Deutschland.
• Durchführung von Standortbesuchen und Vorbereitung von Installationen anhand technischer Zeichnungen.
• Troubleshooting vor Ort und Unterstützung bei Wartungsbedarfen.

Responsibilities & Tasks as an Installation Technician

As our Installation Technician, you’ll play a key role in bringing bace hubs to life in the real world. You’ll be on the ground across Germany, making sure our smart logistics systems are installed safely, precisely, and efficiently. From preparing the site to powering up the hub, you’ll handle technical installations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your work makes our product tangible – you're the last mile of the last mile.

What You’ll Do

• Install bace hubs at partner locations all over Germany
• Conduct site visits and prepare installations based on technical drawings
• Perform basic wiring, mechanical assembly, and system setup
• Troubleshoot on-site and assist with maintenance needs
• Coordinate with our Operations and Hardware teams
• Be the face of bace at customer and installation sites

Fact: We need your skills

What You Bring

• 2+ years in field service, construction, or technical installation
• Basic electrical knowledge (voltage, wiring, circuits)
• Strong mechanical skills and tool handling experience
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and manuals
• Valid EU Class B driving license
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80–100%)
• Good communication skills in German and English
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy equipment

Nice to have:

• Experience installing lockers, vending machines, ATMs, or similar devices
