Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an organised inside sales/administrative professional to manage our deal pipeline in HubSpot and to support customer appointments, onboarding, and back-office tasks. You will prepare sales materials and maintain CRM data, ensuring quotes are accurate and responses are timely.

You will work with management, support, and the product team to streamline processes and improve customer experience. A collaborative, reliable, and proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Initial experience in inside sales, customer service, or a commercial/administrative role.
• Enjoy organizing and keeping track of appointments and processes.
• Confident use of digital tools (e.g., email, Excel; ideally CRM systems such as HubSpot).
• Friendly, structured, and reliable working style.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• No technical expertise required — onboarding provided.
