Future Cloud Technologies is seeking an IT Support Engineer Level 1 for a full-time on-site position in Gallin, Germany. You will deliver first-line technical support and resolve hardware/software issues for end-users.

Responsibilities include configuring desktops, managing user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and recording incidents in the ticketing system. German (native) and English fluency are mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• Solid foundational knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and common business apps.
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting and peripheral device support.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Native German and fluent English (spoken and written) required.

About the Role

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer Level 1 to join our team on a full-time B2B contract basis. This is an on-site position based in Gallin, Germany. The successful candidate will provide first-line technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist end-users in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support to end-users via phone, email, ticketing system, and in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights in Active Directory / Microsoft 365
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support while ensuring proper documentation
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and basic IT asset management
• Follow IT security policies and best practices

Requirements
