Job summary
HESS plastics sucht einen motivierten Auszubildenden im Bereich Elektronik/Elektro, der Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von Steuerungssystemen übernimmt. Sie arbeiten an der Fehlersuche, analysieren Ursachen und tragen zur Optimierung von Kunststoffanlagen bei.
Sie lernen die Programmierung von Steuerungssystemen (PLC), arbeiten im Team, zeigen Engagement und Lernbereitschaft, und profitieren von einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld sowie zahlreichen Ausbildungsbenefits.
Qualifications
- Guter Sekundar- oder Berufsabschluss ist erforderlich.
- Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität sind wichtig.
- Gutes Verständnis von Mathe und Physik.
- Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen und Lernbereitschaft.
Responsibilities
- Montage und Demontage von einfachen und komplexen elektrischen Steuerungssystemen.
- Fehleranalyse und Ursachenforschung bei Systemausfällen.
- Wartung und Reparatur von Anlagen in der Kunststoffverarbeitung.
- Inbetriebnahme von Kommunikations- und Beleuchtungstechnik.
- Optimierung vorhandener Anlagen.
- Prüfung der Sicherheit elektrischer Betriebsmittel.
- Programmierung und Konfiguration von Steuerungssystemen (PLC).

- Assembly and disassembly of simple and complex electrical control systems
- Electrical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system (downtimes)
- Maintenance and repair of systems and machines for plastics processing and treatment
- Setting up communication and lighting technology
- Optimisation of existing equipment
- Assessing the safety of electrical equipment
- Programming and configuring control systems (PLC)
- Good secondary school or vocational school certificate
- Skilled craftsmanshipAbility to work in a team and flexibility
- Good knowledge of maths and physics
- Interest in and understanding of technical/functional interrelationships
- High level of commitment and willingness to learn
