Job summary

Hess Plastics offers a vocational training program in a collaborative setting within Germany. Trainees will rotate across departments such as HR, purchasing, finance and accounting, and sales, gaining broad exposure to business operations.

Participants receive intensive support from trainers and mentors and develop professional and social skills while working on varied projects and improving processes.

Qualifications

• Good secondary school or vocational school certificate is required.
• Strong maths and English grades are expected.
• Outgoing and communicative personality is valued.
• Ability to work in a team and be flexible.
• Understanding of commercial contexts and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementation and control of business processes.
