Plastics and Rubber Technologist (m/f/d)

Proactive

Your area of responsibility

• Independent operation, setup, maintenance, and programming of our injection molding machines as well as commissioning of all associated peripheral equipment
• Sampling of new injection molds
• Optimization of cycle times and work processes in production while maintaining required quality
• Independent troubleshooting and fault elimination
• Leading a small team of employees (up to 5 employees)

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or plastics molder
• Several years of professional experience in injection molding production
• Strong understanding of order and cleanliness as well as careful and independent work
• Team spirit and quick comprehension
• Strong decision-making, assertiveness, and persuasiveness
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system (early / late / night)
• Ideally, you have leadership experience in injection molding production (e.g., shift supervisor, team leader)
