GAUDLITZ GmbH in Coburg is seeking an Injection Molding Setter (m/f/d) to set up machines, analyze malfunctions, and optimize processes. You will work closely with Quality, Maintenance and Production teams to ensure high quality parts.

The role requires hands-on experience with injection molding equipment, reading technical drawings, and willingness to work a three-shift schedule. ENGEL or ARBURG experience is a plus; you will join the GAUDLITZ Hub with strong training and development
