Your role

This role goes far beyond traditional sales — it’s about becoming a trusted advisor for full-service Industrial Technology investments. You will drive growth in areas such as material handling equipment (MHE), robotics, automation, and smart warehouse logistics, delivering value-added solutions tailored to customer needs.

As an Industrial Account Manager, you will:

  • Identify and pursue new Industrial business opportunities (MHE, robotics, automation, warehouse technology).
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships as the main point of contact.
  • Understand customer challenges and translate their needs into tailored financial solutions.
  • Prepare and present customized leasing proposals and lifecycle management solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and excellent customer experience.
  • Manage contracts, negotiate conditions, and adapt solutions to evolving customer needs.
  • Monitor opportunities and risks, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to support forecasting and reporting.

You will work with a wide range of stakeholders — from warehouse managers to procurement teams and CFOs — making relationship-building key to your success.

Your profile

  • Preferably experience in a commercial, customer-facing role — ideally within the industrial, logistics, fleet, machinery, or technical sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English,
  • Strong organizational skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to manage several accounts and projects simultaneously.
