European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) GmbH in Dresden is seeking a System Specialist for Incoming Material Quality & Reliability (IMQR). You will oversee digital IMQR infrastructure, SAP master data, and data-driven flows to ensure premium materials reach the Fab in time.

You will lead data management and SPC monitoring, train global suppliers and internal teams, and collaborate with engineering to uplift productivity.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of quality/data/technical experience in an international high-tech setting.
• Strong data management, reporting, and ERP systems know-how (SAP).
• Experience with SPC systems and statistical process control.
• Fluent in English; German or Mandarin basics helpful.
• Ready for training at TSMC in Taiwan: 6 months.

• Organize the Digital Infrastructure: Set up and optimize advanced web-based IMQR systems and establish automated data transfer protocols with global suppliers from the ground up.
• Own the Quality Gates: Take ownership of material usage decisions and master data maintenance within SAP, ensuring a continuous, in-time supply of premium materials into the Fab.
• Turn Data into Excellence: Collect raw data and monitor SPC charts, transforming it into strategic operational workflows.
• Be the Knowledge Pioneer: Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting. Train internal teams as well as external international suppliers on our systems.
• Drive Continuous Evolution: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to systematically improve productivity through optimized data management.

Job Qualifications

• Your Foundation: A completed vocational training (Berufsausbildung), paired with 2–5 years of professional experience in a comparable quality, data, or technical role within an international high‑tech environment.
• Your Toolset: Solid expertise in data management, reporting, and ERP systems (ideally SAP), combined with a good understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems.
• Your Mindset: You thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments and view evolving processes as an opportunity to actively shape workflows. Detail‑focused. Highly resilient.
• Your Communication: Fluent in English (our company language and communication to colleagues in Taiwan and Arizona).
• Great to have: Experience in a high‑tech manufacturing industry. Plus, basic language skills in German or Mandarin to ease local and global collaboration.
• Ready for Training at TSMC in Taiwan: 6 month.
