Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and certified HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong technical background and a commitment to providing high-quality service to ensure all climate control systems operate efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems, including inspecting, cleaning, and replacing parts to ensure optimal performance.
• Install new HVAC systems and components. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues and perform necessary repairs on existing equipment.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce the likelihood of system failures.
• Respond to service calls promptly, provide clear communication to clients about repair options, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, parts used, and hours spent on each job.
• Stay current with the latest HVAC technology, tools, and industry best practices.

Desired Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of a vocational program, technical school, or an associate's degree in HVAC or a related field is a significant plus.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Requires the ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in various conditions, including exposure to high and low temperatures, loud noise, dust, and confined spaces.

Special Qualifications/Requirements

Must be able to successfully pass, as required, a federal, state, or local government's background investigation.
