Hauser Recruiting is partnering with a leading global Private Equity firm to recruit an HR Specialist for Germany. This standalone role offers significant autonomy and the chance to impact HR across the German operations.

You will own the full employee lifecycle as the primary HR contact in Germany, handling employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and workforce planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years HR Generalist/Specialist experience in Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of German employment law.
• Fluency in German and English; can handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office.

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global Private Equity firm to recruit a newly created HR Specialist role supporting their Germany operations. This is a standalone position offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing international business.

The Opportunity

Acting as the primary HR contact for Germany, you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, partnering closely with employees, managers, and external providers to deliver a first‑class HR service. You'll manage a broad range of responsibilities across employee relations, HR operations, compliance, compensation and benefits, recruitment, and workforce planning, while helping to foster an engaging and high‑performing culture.

This role would suit a proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, balancing strategic initiatives with day‑to‑day HR activities, and who is comfortable operating independently.

About You

You will bring at least 5 years' HR Generalist/Specialist experience within Financial Services.

A strong working knowledge of German employment law is essential, along with experience managing HR processes in a high-performance environment.

Fluency in both German and English is required, together with strong HRIS and MS Office skills. Most importantly, you will be a trusted HR partner who demonstrates sound judgement, professionalism, and absolute discretion when handling confidential matters.
