JOBSTODAY.WORLD is seeking an experienced HR Manager m/w/d to oversee HR operations, recruitment support, employee relations, and people processes across the organization in Germany.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliant HR processes, and collaborate with management to foster a structured, professional, and employee-focused workplace.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Good understanding of German labor law, employment contracts, and HR compliance.
• Experience with payroll coordination and HR administration.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Experience with HR software, ATS, payroll tools, or HRIS systems.
• German language skills preferred, B1/B2 or higher is an advantage.

• Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
