• Proficiency with HR software, ATS, payroll tools, or HRIS systems.
• German language skills preferred (B1/B2 or higher).

Your Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
• Support recruitment, onboarding, contract preparation, and offboarding
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and HR systems
• Handle employee relations, internal communication, and HR-related queries
• Support management with workforce planning, hiring needs, and HR policies
• Coordinate payroll preparation, leave management, and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with company policies and German labor regulations
• Improve HR processes, templates, workflows, and internal procedures
• Support performance reviews, employee engagement, and training activities
• Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Good understanding of German labor law, employment contracts, and HR compliance
• Experience with payroll coordination and HR administration
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Experience with HR software, ATS, payroll tools, or HRIS systems is an advantage
• German language skills preferred, B1/B2 or higher is an advantage
