PUMA SE seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for the Wholesale organization in Germany and Benelux. You will partner with leaders, act as a trusted advisor, and help shape talent, performance and organizational development across the employee lifecycle.

In this role you will support workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Fluent German and English are required, with Dutch a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Several years of HR experience in a business-facing role with managers.
• Strong knowledge of talent, performance, employee relations and OD.

YOUR MISSION

• As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will partner with leaders across the Wholesale organization in Germany and Benelux, supporting the execution of the people agenda while contributing to business growth and organizational effectiveness.
• You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, balancing operational excellence with strategic HR partnership.
• Partner with managers on talent, performance, organizational, and employee relations topics across the employee lifecycle.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, and talent development initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Coach managers on leadership, employee engagement, and performance management to drive high-performing teams.
• Contribute to organizational development and change management initiatives that support business transformation and growth.
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, HR policies, and company standards in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to provide recommendations and support informed business decisions.

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Several years of HR experience, including experience partnering with managers in a business-facing HR role
• Solid understanding of talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels
• Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluency in German and English; additional Dutch language skills are considered an advantage
