PUMA SE in Germany is seeking a Finance Business Partner to be the central finance liaison for designated business areas. You will prepare, analyze, and challenge budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, driving accurate reporting and robust decision support.

The role requires SAP S/4/HANA experience, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset to partner across functions and with senior management. Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are a plus.

Act as Finance Business Partner and central point of contact for assigned business areas, proactively supporting management and business stakeholders in financial and commercial decision-making Prepare, analyze, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans Perform variance analyses and identify key business drivers behind financial performance Support monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting processes Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability trends Partner with business stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making Develop financial models and business cases for investments and commercial initiatives Monitor cost center and profit center performance and provide actionable insights Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes Ensure data quality and consistency across financial reporting systems Prepare presentations and reports for senior management Support of legal transformation projects Support system and process testing, UAT and data validation, including preparation and follow-up of test cases and identified issues Prepare and maintain relevant process, reporting, test and user documentation and support knowledge transfer.

YOUR TALENT

Bachelor's degree in Controlling or Finance At least 5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting Experience with SAP R/3, SAP S4/Hana is an advantage Very good MS Office knowledge Independent work and structured way of working High commitment and flexibility, service-oriented, reliable, team player Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent and hands-on way of working Strong business-partnering mindset with good cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills Cross-departmental thinking and communication is required Fluency in English.
