Job summary

PUMA SE is seeking a senior HR Controlling lead based in Germany to drive global planning, budgeting and forecasting within HR. You will develop dashboards, conduct workforce analyses, and partner with Finance and HR leaders to align workforce plans with business objectives.

A university degree in a related field and at least 7 years of experience are required. English fluency is mandatory; German is a plus.

• In alignment with Finance, steer the global HR planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, management reports, and key HR performance indicators.
• Partner closely with Finance, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to ensure alignment between workforce plans and business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze workforce trends.
• Drive the continuous improvement and automation of HR reporting and planning processes.

• At least 7 years of experience in HR Rewards, HR Controlling or HR Reporting in a corporate function
• Experience in implementing global HR processes and standards.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities with a strong business mindset
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and global stakeholders
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
• Fluent English language skills are required, German is an advantage.
