Job summary

PUMA SE is seeking a data analytics and AI project manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across a global brand. You will drive delivery plans, coordinate diverse teams, and translate business needs into actionable technology tasks within a complex international environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics or AI Project Management, or a comparable role within a complex international environment.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to facilitate discussions, align expectations, and communicate effectively across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Planning: Manage assigned projects from initiation through implementation and handover, maintaining clear plans, milestones, deliverables, and status reporting.
• Cross-functional Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of internal & external team members, including business representatives/Product Owners, Solution Architects, Data Modelers, Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Testers to ensure aligned and timely execution.
• Business & Technology Alignment: Support the translation of business requirements into clear project objectives, delivery plans, and coordinated technology activities.
• Scope, Timeline & Resource Management: Monitor project scope, schedule, quality, deliverables and resource requirements; address deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with business and technology stakeholders on progress, decisions, risks, dependencies, and required actions.
• Risk, Issue & Dependency Management: Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; coordinate mitigation activities and elevate where necessary.
• Testing, Deployment & Adoption: Coordinate testing, business validation, deployment readiness, documentation, communication, and handover activities to support successful implementation and adoption.
• Delivery Standards & Continuous Improvement: Apply established project management methods, governance processes, and delivery tools while contributing practical improvements and lessons learnt.

YOUR TALENT

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics or AI Project Management, or a comparable role within a complex international environment
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple business stakeholders and delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to facilitate discussions, align expectations, and communicate effectively across organizational levels
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business-focused language
• Structured, analytical, and results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of data and analytics concepts, delivery processes, and technology environments
• Experience with modern analytics and cloud technologies such as Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, or comparable platforms is an advantage.
