Exyte GmbH in Germany seeks an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to managers and employees, guiding HR across the lifecycle and driving people initiatives. The role is based in Ottendorf-Okrilla near Dresden and involves close collaboration with HR functions to foster organizational effectiveness and engagement.

The candidate will support regional HR strategy, workforce planning, talent management and succession, and work with Employment Law experts to ensure compliance and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role.
• Knowledge of employment law principles and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR business partnering across the employee lifecycle, supporting managers and employees on a broad range of people-related topics.
• Support the development and implementation of the regional HR strategy and identify business needs to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, talent management and succession planning.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities, staffing requirements and hiring decisions.
• Maintain an understanding of employment law fundamentals and work with Employment Law experts to ensure compliance and risk management.
• Drive performance management and contribute to job evaluation, compensation and other HR programs in line with Group standards.
• Lead and support the improvement, standardization and harmonization of HR processes, policies and systems, with works councils where applicable.

As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you act as a strategic partner to managers and employees, aligning people practices with business objectives. You support the organization across the employee lifecycle by providing HR guidance, driving talent and workforce initiatives, implementing HR programs and processes, and collaborating closely with specialized HR functions to foster organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and sustainable business success.

The position is based in our office in Ottendorf-Okrilla near Dresden.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Provide HR business partnering and guidance across the employee lifecycle, supporting managers and employees on a broad range of people-related topics.
• Support the development and implementation of the regional HR strategy and identify business needs to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, talent management and succession planning.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities, staffing requirements and hiring decisions to ensure business needs are met.
• Maintain a solid understanding of employment law fundamentals and work closely with specialized Employment Law experts to ensure compliance and effective risk management.
• Drive performance management processes and contribute to the development and implementation of job evaluation, compensation and other key HR programs in line with Group standards.
• Lead and support the continuous improvement, standardization and harmonization of HR processes, policies and systems, while fostering constructive relationships with employee representatives and works councils where applicable.

Show your expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role, with solid knowledge of employment law principles and HR processes.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work strategically, operationally, and pragmatically in a dynamic business environment, with a hands-on approach and a strong focus on execution
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and influencing skills.
• Structured and independent working style combined with a professional and confident demeanor.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
