We are looking for an HR Technology Manager to own Raisin’s HR technology ecosystem and the main projects in the domain.
You will ensure smooth HRIS operations, that the HRIS meets compliance requirements, and that the HRIS itself as well as the connected HR systems are continuously improved.
You will be the go-to expert for the HRIS and know how company-level business results are influenced by the HRIS.
Key Responsibilities:
You hold a university degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, or bring equivalent experience with a strong analytical background.
You have 3+ years of hands‑on HRIS management experience, preferably in enterprise solutions.
You have a strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
You have experience answering HRIS-related audit requests and establishing HRIS compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
You have had at least some experience with system migration projects.
You have strong communication skills and you feel comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You are fluent in English (German would be a plus).
