Mercor is looking for a German-speaking Human Resources Expert to support AI training projects on a remote contract in Germany. You will help develop HR environments, write prompts, and ensure compliance with German regulations, including labor law and works councils.

Applicants should have 5+ years in HR, be fluent in German, hold a degree from a top-20 German university, and demonstrate knowledge of Tarifverträge, payroll, and social insurance. This role is remote and contract-based.
