Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced HR professionals who are native or fluent in German to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic HR tasks. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real HR work in Germany.

This is a remote role with about 21 hours per week, paid hourly, running from Oct 23 to Nov 19. Requirements include HR experience, German fluency, a German Bachelor's degree, and knowledge of German labor law, works councils, collective agreements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Germany is required.
• Native or fluent German language is required.
• Experience in HR functions (business partnering, employee relations, compensation or talent).
• Knowledge of German labor law, Betriebsverfassungsgesetz (BetrVG), Tarifverträge and payroll/social insurance.

• Train and evaluate AI agents on realistic HR tasks.
• Build workspaces and files to simulate HR processes.
