Job summary

Mercor seeks experienced management and strategy consultants fluent in German to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You will work in realistic digital workspaces with documents, spreadsheets, email, chat and industry tools to create and review tasks you handle in your own job.

The role involves defining criteria, drafting tasks in German, and reviewing AI outputs to ensure correctness and alignment with local rules.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or strategy consulting.
• Native or fluent German.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in Germany.
• Experience with strategy, operations and restructuring work for clients in Germany / DACH, incl. Mittelstand and industrial clients.
