About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of our personnel processes, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of employee-related tasks from onboarding to offboarding. Your expertise will support the organization in maintaining compliant and streamlined HR operations, particularly focusing on payroll processing, contract management, and personnel data maintenance. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in HR administration and payroll to contribute to a dynamic organization committed to social welfare. The role requires a detail-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a completed commercial vocational training with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable degree. A minimum of three years of professional experience in HR administration and payroll processing is essential. Experience working with works councils is advantageous. Candidates should have solid knowledge of employment law, tax regulations, and social security legislation. Proficiency in HR systems such as SD Worx, Fidelis.Personal, and Geocon, along with strong skills in MS Office, is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills, coupled with a structured and reliable working style, are critical for success in this role. The ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure is also highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete administrative support for employees throughout their employment lifecycle, including contract creation, amendments, and terminations.
  • Perform accurate payroll processing in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
  • Prepare employment contracts, certificates, and references, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain and update personnel files and all relevant master data with precision and confidentiality.
  • Handle employee absences, manage time accounts, and process related notifications and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and legal requirements in employment, social security, and tax matters.
  • Generate HR reports, statistics, and evaluations to support management decision-making.
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual financial statement and related HR documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders such as department heads and management, as well as external entities including authorities, health insurers, and social security agencies.

  • Permanent employment contract in either part-time (minimum 32 hours per week) or full-time (39 hours per week) arrangements, with workdays from Monday to Friday.
