Qualifikationen

  • Several years of professional experience in payroll and HR administration.
  • Experience with modern HR systems, preferably Personio.
  • Strong structured working style and high service orientation.

Your Qualifications

As an HR Senior Expert Administration & Payroll

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree in business administration and have several years of professional experience in payroll and HR administration. You enjoy working independently, possess strong numerical skills, and have excellent analytical abilities.

Ideally, you already have experience working with modern HR systems, preferably Personio, and can confidently apply your excellent German and good English skills in an international environment.

Your structured and precise working style, combined with a high level of service orientation and proficiency in common PC applications, makes you a reliable interface between HR, payroll, and other internal departments.

Your Tasks
  • Responsible for preliminary payroll, checking and forwarding payroll-related data to the external service provider
  • coordination of two employees and acting as their point of contact for questions relating to payroll and HR administration
  • Advising managers and employees on all matters relating to payroll
  • Maintaining and optimising the Personio HR information system
  • Further developing and optimising digital HR processes
  • Preparing regular reports and further developing HR reporting in Personio
  • Supporting the HR department in its day-to-day operations
