Zusammenfassung

TE Connectivity seeks a skilled HR professional to coordinate organizational changes and HR processes within a multinational industrial environment in Germany. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Talent Development teams, execute performance, development, compensation and succession planning, and support corporate-wide HR initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills and knowledge of labor and tax regulations, with experience in SAP

Qualifikationen

• Successful completion of a degree in Business Administration, Business Law, or a related field with a focus on HR, or equivalent qualifications with relevant professional experience.
• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role in a multinational industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of collective bargaining, labor tax and social security regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident professional presence.
• Change management experience is a plus.
• Strong customer/service orientation, commitment and initiative.
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; HR systems experience, especially SAP SuccessFactors, desirable.

• Conduct job evaluations and determine compensation in accordance with the GBV works agreement.
• Support the introduction and implementation of corporate-wide strategies, programs, and initiatives.
• Participate in local and cross-site HR projects.
• Drive the continuous improvement of existing tools and processes.
• Maintain a constructive and trust-based working relationship with the Works Council.

Your Ideal Profile

• Strong knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, labor law, tax law, and social security regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident professional presence.
• Experience in change management is an advantage.
• Strong customer and service orientation, commitment, and initiative.
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, is desirable.
