Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a quality-focused professional to support production lines and drive continuous improvement. The role involves close collaboration with Production, Quality, Product Management, Sales, Account Management, Customer Service and Engineering to address customer topics and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities include preparing investigation documentation and 8D reports, reporting to management, and leading problem-solving meetings.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical qualification preferred.
• Typically 2–3 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering.
• Audit experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the 8D methodology.
• Strong communication and structured, independent work style.

• Passion for quality-related topics and willingness to pursue further development
• Strong communication skills, combined with a structured, independent, and reliable way of working
