Zusammenfassung

cisbox GmbH is seeking an HR Manager (m/f/d) to drive the development of our international organization across locations. You will lead group-wide initiatives in recruiting, people development, and organizational development, harmonize HR processes, and support change and integration projects while fostering a positive culture.

You will partner with executives, shape workforce planning, onboarding, performance and development processes, and contribute to transparent HR metrics across the group.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, psychology, or a comparable field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in HR, HR business partnering, People & Culture, or organizational development, ideally international.
• Experience with modern HR practices across the employee lifecycle and interest in organizational development and change management.
• Experience working with executives and international teams and ability to reconcile differing interests and manage change.
• Structured, pragmatic, solution-oriented approach with a strong implementation focus.
• Fluency in German and English, with good written and spoken French.

We are looking for an HR Manager (m/f/d) who will actively drive the development of our international organization and bring together people, processes, and corporate culture across various locations.
You will be responsible for group-wide initiatives in the areas of recruiting, people development, and organizational development, ensuring transparency across the group and advancing the further development of HR processes and standards. In addition, you will support change and integration projects and contribute to the further development of our international organization.
In doing so, you combine a hands-on approach with a keen understanding of people and organizations and take on responsibility in an international and growing environment.

YOUR ROLE

WHAT YOU BRING

A bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, psychology, or a comparable field

At least 5 years of professional experience in HR, HR business partnering, People & Culture, or organizational development, ideally in an international and growth-oriented environment

In-depth expertise in modern HR practices throughout the employee lifecycle, as well as an interest in organizational development, corporate culture, and change management

Experience working with executives and international teams, as well as the ability to reconcile differing interests and successfully manage change

A structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach combined with a strong focus on implementation

Fluency in German and English, as well as good written and spoken French
