Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is looking for an experienced HR recruiter to shape our onboarding, manage personnel administration, and guide managers on people decisions in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will own talent sourcing, especially on LinkedIn, maintain the talent pool, collaborate with payroll and legal partners, and continuously improve HR processes to support a great employee experience in Germany.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of professional experience in recruiting, HR, or active sourcing.
• High proficiency on LinkedIn and ability to identify and approach suitable candidates.
• Open and communicative personality with ability to inspire opportunities.
• Structured and independent work style with multi-process management.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Personio is preferred.
• Collaborative team player who works across departments with initiative.

Aufgaben

• Shape onboarding experience for new employees and serve as the HR contact for questions.
• Monitor HR metrics and report recruiting progress to the People & Culture Manager.
• Support training and development initiatives and facilitate feedback discussions.
• Handle contracts, personnel files, and employment-law deadlines.
• Prepare terminations and conduct separation meetings respectfully.
• Prepare employment references and ensure accurate personnel administration.
• Advise managers on HR matters and support workforce planning and personnel decisions.
• Coordinate with payroll providers, tax advisors, and attorneys for smooth processes.
• Continuously develop HR processes and policies and implement them in day-to-day operations.
• Identify and attract suitable talent through channels, especially active sourcing on LinkedIn.
• Guide candidates through recruiting and manage applicant tracking in Personio.
• Build and maintain the talent pool, develop sourcing strategy, and prepare recruiting decisions.
• Final decisions and culture-fit assessments made with the People & Culture Manager

• You will monitor HR metrics and regularly report to our People & Culture Manager on recruiting progress and other personnel matters
• You will support training and development initiatives and accompany feedback and development discussions
• You will be responsible for contracts, personnel files, and employment-law deadlines
• You will prepare terminations and handle separation meetings with respect and empathy

• You will guide candidates through the entire recruiting process and manage applicant tracking in Personio
• You will build and maintain the talent pool, further develop the sourcing strategy, and prepare recruiting decisions
• Final decisions and culture fit assessments are made jointly with the People & Culture Manager

Requirements

• You have at least 10 years of professional experience in recruiting, HR, or active sourcing
• You are highly proficient on LinkedIn and know how to identify and approach suitable candidates effectively
• You have an open, communicative personality and know how to inspire people about new career opportunities
• You work in a structured and independent manner and maintain an overview even when managing multiple recruiting processes in parallel
• Ideally, you have experience with an applicant tracking system, such as Personio, as well as LinkedIn
• You are a genuine team player who works collaboratively and with mutual trust across different departments and demonstrates a high degree of initiative
• Very good written and spoken German completes your profile
