Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated intern to support HR digitalization projects across Europe. You will assist with data management, reporting and the preparation of HR data analyses, while helping to create training and communication materials for digital HR topics.

You will collaborate with HR Europe colleagues, compile data, and contribute to presentations. A strong interest in HR digitalization, together with solid MS Office skills, will help you thrive in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Study in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Science or similar
• Interest in HR digitalization
• Interest in HR digitalization, project work, and data management
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a high willingness to learn

Aufgaben

• Support the implementation of HR Digitalization projects within Region Europe
• Contribute to team projects by compiling data, creating presentations and conducting local HR colleagues within Europe
