Job summary

Welevel is seeking an HR Generalist to be the first point of contact for hiring and onboarding. You'll manage the full recruitment process—from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience in our fast-paced startup environment.

Based onsite in Munich, you will help shape the team and culture, develop hiring strategies, and support new hires as we scale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle HR experience.
• Interview experience in tech or games.
• Native German.
• Fluent English (C1 or above)
• Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany
• Valid EU work authorization

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job descriptions, postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Develop hiring strategies and maintain employer branding.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Run interviews and feedback loops efficiently.
• Prepare and deliver employment offers in collaboration with leadership.
• Support new hires throughout the onboarding process.
• Help shape internal HR processes as we scale.
