Alpine Eagle is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who will partner with leaders across the organization to drive people strategy, workforce planning, and employee engagement in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will advise on German labor law, coach managers, oversee performance processes, and lead learning initiatives while maintaining a pragmatic, business-focused approach. Fluent German and English are required as you help scale operations in Munich.

Qualifications

• Completed university studies in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, incl. at least 4 years as HRBP.
• Strong expertise in German labor law and advising on complex employee relations.
• Experience coaching leaders across organizational levels.
• Experience with Learning & Development and talent management initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Business-oriented and solution-focused in fast-growth environments.
• Proficient in German and English.

How you will make an impact

• Partner closely with managers and leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
• Advise employees and managers on HR policies, German labor law, and people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle

What you need to be successful

• Completed university studies in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in an HR Business Partner role
• Strong expertise in German labor law and hands‑on experience advising managers and employees on complex employee relations matters
• Proven experience partnering with and coaching leaders across different organizational levels
• Experience managing disciplinary procedures, performance management processes, organizational change, and conflict resolution
• Experience designing and implementing Learning & Development and talent management initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Pragmatic, business-oriented, and solution‑focused approach
• Experience in a fast‑grow­ing, dynamic or technology‑driven environment is a plus
• Business‑fluent German and English is required
