Alpine Eagle is building the future of counter-drone defence and is hiring a recruiter to lead technical talent acquisition across software, AI/ML, and embedded engineering. You will drive sourcing, screening, and interview coordination while partnering with hiring managers to shape the engineering team.

Competenze

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency-side.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting technical talent (software/embedded).
• Strong direct-sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to assess technical fit at screening level.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German; startup environment comfort.
• Experience in defense/aerospace recruiting is a plus.

How you will make an impact:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, with a particular focus on software engineering, AI/ML, robotics, and other deep-tech positions
• Proactively identify, approach, and engage talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct search

What you need to be successful:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, either in-house or agency-side
• Experience sourcing and recruiting technical talent, particularly Software Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Embedded Engineers, or comparable profiles
• Strong direct-sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to understand technical skill sets and assess candidate fit at an initial screening level
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in English and German
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience recruiting within defense, aerospace, national security, or other highly regulated industries is a plus
