Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work strategically, operationally, and pragmatically.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and influencing skills.
  • Structured, independent working style with a professional demeanor.
  • Fluent German and English in written and spoken form.

Aufgaben

  • Provide HR business partnering and guidance across the employee lifecycle, supporting managers and employees on a broad range of people-related topics.
  • Support the development and implementation of the regional HR strategy and identify business needs to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, talent management and succession planning.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities, staffing requirements and hiring decisions to ensure business needs are met.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of employment law fundamentals and work closely with specialized Employment Law experts to ensure compliance and effective risk management.
  • Drive performance management processes and contribute to the development and implementation of job evaluation, compensation and other key HR programs in line with Group standards.
  • Lead and support the continuous improvement, standardization and harmonization of HR processes, policies and systems, while fostering constructive relationships with employee representatives and works councils where applicable.

Show your expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role, with solid knowledge of employment law principles and HR processes.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work strategically, operationally, and pragmatically in a dynamic business environment, with a hands-on approach and a strong focus on execution
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and influencing skills.
  • Structured and independent working style combined with a professional and confident demeanor.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
