Your profile
- Degree in economics or social sciences with a focus on human resources, (business) psychology or comparable qualification
- Profound knowledge of employment law and modern HR processes
- Experience and affinity in dealing with job and social media platforms as well as business networks
- Strong communication skills, high team spirit and empathy
- Independent, proactive and goal-oriented way of working, high service orientation and inventiveness
- Very good knowledge of German and English
Your mission
- You act as a sparring partner in matters of talent search, recruiting and onboarding. You will actively shape the search profile in collaboration with the specialist departments and use your in-depth knowledge of the appropriate recruitment channels to define the right search strategy. (e.g. active sourcing, social media, networks, recruiting events).
- The co-design of innovative employer branding approaches, job fairs and university cooperations are part of your range of tasks, with which you contribute to our dynamic growth.
- You will be an innovative driving force behind the design, implementation and further development of our HR processes and programs and will work with managers to implement them.
- Advising and supporting managers on all HR-related topics
- Personnel development measures, the promotion and further development of the corporate culture in close cooperation with managers and the further development of managers themselves are also important components of your area of responsibility.
- Knowledge of talent management and its implementation will round off your profile.
