Job summary

Orbital Critical Systems, part of CAF Group, seeks on-site HR Business Partners in Germany to support long-term Airbus projects. The role offers a 35-hour week, relocation support and comprehensive benefits under a permanent German contract.

The candidate will design HR solutions, coach leaders, manage the Annual HR Cycle, advise on compensation, and enhance the employee experience while fostering strong employee relations across the site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Psychology or a related technical field.
• Experience in HR business partnering and leadership coaching.
• English at B2/C1 level is mandatory.
• German at B2/C1 level is mandatory.
• Citizenship of a European country is required.

Responsibilities

Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for HR Business Partners to join our on‑site teams in Germany and support long‑term projects with Airbus.

Locations: Finkenwerder,
Working hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: €57,000 to €69,000 gross per year, plus additional benefits and collective agreement payments
Contract: Permanent German employment contract
