Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in HR management and employee relations.
• English level B2/C1 and German level B1/B2 are mandatory.
• Citizenship of a European country is required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR support: advise managers on staffing, recruitment and talent development.
• Employee relations: conduct interviews and monitor employees.
• Change management: support organizational changes and HR measures.
• Job evaluation: manage job valuations and coordinate with the works council.
• HR projects: participate in process-improvement initiatives.
• Employment law: advise on labor law and data protection.
• HR reporting: develop KPIs and report findings to management.

What You Will Do

• Strategic HR Support: asesoramiento a managers en planificación de personal, reclutamiento y desarrollo del talento.
• Employee Relations: realización de entrevistas y seguimiento de empleados.
• Change Management: apoyo a cambios organizativos e implementación de medidas de personal.
• Job Evaluation: gestión de valoraciones de puestos y coordinación con el comité de empresa.
• HR Projects: participación en proyectos de mejora de procesos HR.
• Employment Law: asesoramiento en legislación laboral y protección de datos.
• HR Reporting: elaboración de KPIs de RRHH y recomendaciones para dirección.

What We’re Looking For
