Job summary

Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) is hiring HR Business Partners to join our on-site teams in Germany, supporting long-term projects with Airbus. This permanent contract offers a 35-hour week and a gross salary of €57,000–€69,000 per year, plus relocation support and language training.

You will design HR solutions, coach leaders, drive HR processes, and advise on compensation and labour matters. A degree in Law or Psychology, HRBP experience, English and German at B2/C1, and European

Locations: Finkenwerder,

Working hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: €57,000 to €69,000 gross per year, plus additional benefits and collective agreement payments

Contract: Permanent German employment contract
