Job summary

Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) is seeking C++ engineers to join our on-site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus. Locations include the Manching area.

You will design and develop software for simulation and test support in C++, evolve the framework architecture in middleware and real-time applications, and apply state-of-the-art technologies while contributing to virtual engineering with mixed simulations and hardware.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in C++.
• C1 English level – mandatory.
• Citizenship of a European country is required.

What You Will Do

• Evolve the framework architecture in the area middleware and real‑time applications
• Apply state‑of‑the‑art technologies and techniques
• Contribute actively to virtual engineering (mixed environment of simulations and real HW)

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Relevant hands‑on experience in C++
• C1 English Level – mandatory.
• German C1 (will be a plus)
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
