Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) in Hamburg, Germany, is looking for an HR Advisor or recent graduates to join our on-site team, supporting strategic projects with Airbus. Location: Bremen, Germany.

We offer a competitive salary (60,000–80,000 EUR per year), relocation and accommodation support, German language training, and administrative help. The company also covers your German tax return for the first year.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management and employee relations.
• B2/C1 English level mandatory.
• German level B1/B2 mandatory.
• Citizenship of a European country required.

Responsabilités

• Strategic HR support including personnel planning, recruitment and talent development.
• Employee relations including interviews and follow-ups.
• Assist changes in organizational structures and personnel measures.
• Manage job evaluations and coordinate with the works council.
• Participate in HR process improvement projects.
• Provide guidance on employment law and data protection.
• Prepare HR KPIs and present recommendations to management.

What you will do

• Strategic HR Support: asesoramiento a managers en planificación de personal, reclutamiento y desarrollo del talento.

• Employee Relations: realización de entrevistas y seguimiento de empleados.

• Change Management: apoyo a cambios organizativos e implementación de medidas de personal.

• Job Evaluation: gestión de valoraciones de puestos y coordinación con el comité de empresa.

• HR Projects: participación en proyectos de mejora de procesos HR.

• Employment Law: asesoramiento en legislación laboral y protección de datos.

• HR Reporting: elaboración de KPIs de RRHH y recomendaciones para dirección.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Relevant hands‑on experience in HR management and employee relations

• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.

• B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
