Orbital Critical Systems is seeking engineers to join our on-site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus. Location includes Manching.

We offer a competitive salary of 50,000–65,000 € per year, relocation assistance, accommodation support, German language training, and help with the German tax return during the first year.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Aerospace or a related field.
• English level B2/C1 mandatory.
• German level B1/B2 mandatory.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.

Aufgaben

• Structural sizing of metallic and composite parts using FEM and analytical methods.
• Trade‑off analyses for design solutions and structural concepts.
• Mechanical systems analysis and equipment integration.
• Preparation of analysis reports supporting airframe qualification.
• Damage assessment and repair development for in-service aircraft.
• Manufacturing support, including non-conformities and concessions evaluation.
• Stakeholder communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
